Boss Parmo was built on one simple idea: do Parmos properly. Born from a love of Teesside’s most iconic dish, we set out to create a place where quality comes first and shortcuts don’t exist. Every Parmo we serve is made fresh using proper ingredients – crispy chicken, rich béchamel, melted cheese, and portions that don’t disappoint. We’re not trying to reinvent the Parmo. We’re perfecting it. From the first bite to the last, everything we do is about flavour, consistency, and giving people the kind of food we’d expect ourselves.

Our Story
Boss Parmo is my way of paying homage to a Teesside tradition that means a lot to me. The Parmo isn’t just a dish – it’s part of our culture. Over the years, I’ve cooked Parmos in all sorts of kitchens, learning what works, what doesn’t, and what makes a proper Parmo stand out. From small setups to busy services, every kitchen taught me something new about flavour, consistency, and respect for the craft.
That journey eventually led to recognition and awards, but more importantly, it shaped the standards we hold ourselves to every single day. Boss Parmo is built on that experience – honouring tradition while delivering Parmos the way they’re meant to be done. We’re always learning and always improving.
